Build a School Bus1 small (pint size) milk carton Yellow construction paper Markers or paint 4 milk bottle caps glue and tape How To: Make sure the milk carton is empty, clean and dry. Use glue or tape to cover the milk carton with the construction paper. Use markers or paint to decorate the bus. Put kids in the windows if you want to. Paint the milk caps black. Glue them on with hot glue. Other glues will work as well. Make sure the glue is dry before you try to stand the bus up. Glue them so only a small part of the cap extends below the bus. Send us a photo of your bus. We would love to see it. If you have a digital camera or a scanner email your photo to us as an attachment. Or send it to Legends & Lore Inc, PO Box 8046, Rapid City SD 57709. Here is a photo of ours. We didn't have enough milk jug lids so we used Honeycombs for wheels instead. |
